Jessica Muinos
CWRU PREP Scholar

BS in Biomedical Science and Neuroscience, Bradley University

Jess did their bachelor’s degree in biomedical science and neuroscience at Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois. During their time at Bradley, they performed research in Dr. Naomi Stover’s lab characterizing novel antibiotics. They joined the Tesar lab as a CWRU PREP Scholar and are excited to learn new lab techniques and all about the complex world of glia. Future plans include joining a Medical Scientist Training Program and keeping their current house plants alive. When not in the lab, Jess enjoys reading, hiking, dancing (mainly ballet), and a good cup of coffee.
